Digit-al Dozen September Spectacular - Art with Zoya Cashmere Collection Fall 2013

PR sample
Hello!
I'm having a hard time believing it's September already! I'll be honest, I was not looking forward to the onslaught of Fall shades...and having to say goodbye to the brights of Summer. But then I opened up these babies. I'm not exaggerating. All of a sudden I feel ready for the crisp in the air and Autumn sweaters. Bring on the boots I say! Take a look at the Zoya Cashmere Collection and see if you don't feel the same.
I wanted to show off all six of these in a nail art look created for the Digit-al Dozen's one year celebration. This theme is revisiting our art week last January. Let's see what I did...

I used Zoya Flynn and Zoya Pepper as my base here. To get the "artsy" look I was going for was SO easy. I just painted random splotches of color with one shade and then the other. I really loved how it looked and thought about just leaving the mani as is. I mean, it looked art inspired already.

I used craft punches in tape to create the heart and letters here. The heart is Zoya Livingston and the letters are Zoya Louise, Sailor and Hunter. The entire collection are perfect cremes which go on effortlessly and have full opacity in 1-2 coats.
The last look is matted with Essie Matte About You. I definitely think these get my point across. :)

Hope you are having a great weekend!

  1. Beautiful!! I know how you are feeling about the sadness of summer colors going by the wayside. And then you get those glorious fall beauties! I did the same thing when I ordered a bunch of dark matte Mentality polishes!
