I'm starting off with my favorite of the bunch! In fact, I'm showing these in order of my favorites. Each and every one were perfect in two coats with excellent formulas albeit some brush strokes which are hard to avoid in this type of finish.

The rose/purple color in this shade is simply stunning! I don't own anything like this and I never wanted to take it off!

The next stunner is beyond amazing. It literally glows from gold/brinze to blue to purple. The photos don't even do it justice. I wore this one for days!

Not generally a green fan, I was surprised at how much I loved this one! This color shift is amazing and lends a magical look to this green/aqua/blue. And just look at how the green glows in direct light! gah!

This one for me, had the least amount of color shift. Still pretty, but it didn't wow me the way the others did.

  1. These are impressive! Roz is my favourite <3

  2. Is it just me or are they named after Monsters, Inc. characters (except, perhaps, for Knight)?

Speaking of Knight, what a perfect name! That colourshift instantly brings to mind a king's champion in full armour, or somesuch nonsense.

They're all quite pretty; I wonder if there is a "Sullie" or "Kitty" somewhere in the collection, and perhaps a "Randall" (:

  3. Yes, they actually are named after Monsters, Inc :) and yes, there's one called Sulley. The last one in the collection is Boggs. Knight was released later as LE and added to the collection for convenience, i guess, otherwise it would be a very onely knight :).

  4. I love this collection. I will most likely end up with several of them, particularly Roz. I have just in the last few weeks gotten into multichromes. lol, I am now wearing ILNP Birefringence, and have had it on for several days now. In a dilemma - hate taking it off but getting that urge for another mani! Made the mistake of opening the polish cabinet door today and they all sent out their siren song. ^Thanks for the beautiful photos!^

  6. I like the blue one, even though it doesn't shift it color much, i guess it is because i dont like duochrome polishes very much.. I have a few and i dont like it in my nails.
I know it is the first time i write something, but i love your blog and always read everything on my mail..

I'm writing because you mentioned that you're looking forward to read tips of moving across the US. It mighht not be the same thing, but i moved from europe to central america once, so i can share my experience.

First, if you can afford ir. Hire a company to do it for yourself. Moving is stressing and if you can hire help do it. Try to find a company that would do everything, from the packing to the unpacking.
If you can't do it, then organize it by sections and days. Ask your friends to help you and take this as an opportunity to clean up and give away things you are not using or like anymore.

  7. The moving day/packing days.. I would recommend to leave the cat in day care or ask a friend to tale care of him..
Last time I moved, i left my dog at the day care.. I was relieved that she wasnt there barking to th movers or running away, cause the door was open..

I think that it will help you if you make a run down of what is going to happen and keep it organized.

  11. Hi! Thanks so much for reading and taking the time to respond!! We are having professional movers which takes a lot of the pressure off, but I've been going crazy going through and giving away/throwing away anything we don't need anymore. It's amazing how fast that all piles up, especially with two kids. The only thing the movers won't pack? MY NAIL POLISH! I'll have to bubble and zip lock each one in order for them to take on the truck. Now that will take a LONG time!

  12. Really great advice! I'm sure I'd be stressed about making sure the cat didn't get out! Thanks again for sharing your advice! xoxo

  13. Dont stress too much about it.. Cut the bubble paper into strips of the same height ot the polish and roll them into groups.. For example, this collection, cut a strio of the same height of the bottle, then, roll one inside, once you cover one, put thr other on the same stripe and roll it, then the third one.. You'll have like bars of 6 or 7 polish depending..
Dont overload the boxes of polishes.. Then the bottom of the boxes can open because polishes are too heavy..

  14. Flying with a cat is difficult. I flew from central Illinois to Seattle. My cat defecated in his carrier as the first plane was taking off, plus there were all sorts of delays on the connecting flight. Make sure your cat has water available. Hiring a moving company is expensive, but it's so much easier on you.
On a polish note, do Dance Legend polishes smell any more than average? I just bought my first (603) the other day and am curious.
