Nail Art Fashion Week 2015 Day 6 - Fall FW Dress - Carolina Herrera
Hello! Today I have the next to last post for this fun Nail Art Fashion Week. I've loved doing these and loved seeing your posts on Instagram! I've fallen a bit behind schedule as there's a nasty bug going through my house right now! Boo! Bad timing, I have nails to do!
So here is Day 6, which is inspired by Carolina Herrera - NYFW Fall '15

Yep, I'm loving how these came out! I started by freehanding Zoya Sailor towards the cuticle of the nail, but leaving some negative space.
Then I just free handed and sorted of swirled Zoya Sailor (pictured), Purity, Natty and Boy Toi together to create the ethereal feel of this gorgeous Carolina Herrera dress!
The photos are above I left glossy. The ones below are with matte top coat and I honestly don't know which I prefer.
I love the the bold block of color contrasts with the swirls below.
What do you think? As my husband said when he saw my nails next to the inspiration photo: "You nailed it!" Yay!
