Watermelon Wednesday!


Happy 4th of July to all who are celebrating the day! I've never been one to display an over the top patriotism, so when the girls in my Birthday swap came up with the idea for Watermelon Wednesday for the 4th...I said heck yeah!! Perfect for your summer 4th of July BBQ..I mean, who doesn't like watermelon?

 This was a simple sponge gradient and I really like how it turned out :) I wanna take a bite!! This is one of my favorite summer fruits! What is your favorite summer fruit?

  6. Those are amazing! A very nice idea to sponge the design instead of painting it "nail art style". I'm gonna have to try this! I haven't tried this technique for gradients yet. Looks sooo good!
