I'm starting with my favorite: Can't Let Go
- a sparkly matte purple. Classy, fun and different.
Application was downright easy. This is 2 coats. It feels textured to the touch, but not rough or abrasive. I did not expect to like the type of polish, yet, once it's on I'm oddly drawn to it :) And what a relief to let you know...removal is NOT as difficult as with other glitters.
Two coats of Stay the Night
. The thing about these polishes...you can't capture the sparkle in the photos. You can see the texture..which is quite the change from the super gloss finish that we know and love. But for me, it's the crazy glitter sparkles that get me.
Get Your Number
required 3 coats to be opaque, though it looks great with 2 coats, I had visible nail line with only 2.
Last in the collection, and my least favorite of the bunch, The Impossible
. Showing you 2 coats. As much as I love stars on my nails..for some reason this one didn't sit well with me. Maybe because I wanted to top coat those stars!! I did try top coating to show you pictures that way...but it sunk right in and didn't look good. I didn't have the time to add more.
Sure is a fun collection!! Do you like them?

Got the minis, fell in love and now I am waiting for all the full size bottles to get here!ReplyDelete
I agree with you about the last one. I'm not sure why. I guess I just think the other ones look better as liquid sand. The red one would be great as a normal polish, though.ReplyDelete
I like the looks of Get Your Number and Can't Let GoReplyDelete
Gorgeous swatches! I have only tried Stay the Night so far but they all look beautiful on you :)ReplyDelete
OMG!!! these lacquers are amazingly carazy! I LOVE them all!!!ReplyDelete
I wasn't really a fan of these but I love your swatches. You're really making me rethink them :P Can't Let Go looks amazing!ReplyDelete
The pink doesn't appeal to me but the rest.. ♥♥♥ReplyDelete
Wo, I just love this, I love them all, but I love Stay The Night and Get Your Number most.ReplyDelete
These swatches are brilliant!ReplyDelete
I've only ordered Stay The Night and The Impossible, but now I really wan't Can't Let Go too.
I really wish they hadn't put those stupid stars in The Impossible, because that would have been the bomb xxReplyDelete
I bought Get Your Number, didn't want to buy more because I wasn't sure if I would like it. Let me tell you, I love this polish so much I am going back to get the rest! Application was a breeze! I started with a base coat, then I applied one coat, let it dry for 10 minutes then applied the second - I wasn't rough, it just had a little texture, which actually felt nice. You have to see the color in person to appreciate the the glitter. It wears like iron! I received so many compliments and I couldn't stop looking at them! Removal was easy, not like a glitter polish, it did stain slightly, so make sure you use a base coat.ReplyDelete
Beautiful effect! I adore Can't Let Go and Stay The Night! :-)ReplyDelete
the first one is gorgeous :)ReplyDelete
I love these! The impossible looks the most interesting!ReplyDelete
Many seem to really be nuts for these - I am the opposite end of all this...I really don't like the liquid sand textures at all. I do like the Layla Soft touch effects that are softer - more like felt and less gritty looking. I honestly think the liquid sands do look like someone put sand in a good polish!ReplyDelete
Can't Let Go looks great on you!ReplyDelete
I don't really like the liquid sand polishes for myself, but I think it's a neat idea. I feel like the texture of these would bother me too much!
I'd really like to have this collection, my favorite is the red one :)ReplyDelete
