 I used one coat of GlitterDaze Birhtday Cupcake over 2 coats of OPI Don't Touch my Tutu (sheer white jelly). I love how delicate this looks.

 My first swatch of this, I used 3 coats on it's own, and I wasn't pleased with the results. I think this one does better layered over a base. I wanted to keep the sheer white, delicate look so I layered over a sheer white.
