Pomegranate Royal Fairy Tale Nail Art/Swatch and Review - Geometric Challenge

Hello!
Excited to show you what I came up with for today's Geometric Challenge theme. It's "Mix and Match" today so I decided to put "straight" and "triangle" together. I used 3 new shades from Pomegranate Nail Lacquer Fairy Tale Collection. And yes, I made two different designs :D Pomegranate Nail Lacquer can be purchased from their website for $8.50. Many of the older shades are on sale for $4.50 or $6 right now. Follow Pomegranate on facebook.

Pomegranate Nail Lacquer: Frolicker, Pennywisher, Rose Garden Romance
Two coats of Frolicker, an amazing marigold yellow started this manicure. I don't own anything like this color and it just made me happy every time I looked at my fingers! Really great formula!
I turned to my trusted striping tape for my triangle and straight line pattern. These two colors are an unlikely pair but I think that's what makes this one special :)

Really love how this turned out!

Pennywisher by itself. Love this rose gold foil. Great formula. This is 2 coats, no top coat.
I used striping tape once again to create the straight lines and sharp triangles with Rose Garden Romance. A perfect classic red creme. Excellent formula.
Actually...I'm in love with how this turned out. I love the pairing of colors and finishes and I love how this is simple, yet not. My husband gave it a thumbs up and commented that is was very art deco, which was truly a coincidence, but I can see why he would say that.

I'm proud of both of these, but the red tips I find particularly stunning. Which one do you like better? Do you own any Pomegranate Lacquer? I highly recommend!! I have never been disappointed with a Pomegranate formula!

Have a great night!
XO, Victoria

  1. I like the color combo of the second better, but I really like the design you created with the striping tape on the first. Both are so lovely and crisp. I wish I could find my striping tape, everybody keeps making me want to use it...

Woud Pennywisher be a good dupe for OPI Designer the Better?
