31DC: Day 3 - Yellow nails gradient

Hello again!! Day 3 and still going strong :P I was aiming for a simple look for Day 3... because...well...two posts a day is a lot of work. Let's see how long I can keep this up. So far, I'm still enjoying it! Hope you are too. So...here's Day yellow!!

Illamasqua Load, Rescue Beauty Lounge Yellow Fever, Utopia's Polish Lemon Meringue
I started with one coat of Load (I won't even address that name..oh that name!) and sponged on half Load and half Yellow Fever. Top layer of Lemon Meringue then Cult Nails Wicked Fast. The End.

Silly me, thinking this would be a fast manicure to do, I forgot how much clean-up is involved with a sponge on. Ah, next one is gonna be fast I tell you ;)

This actually is making me crave lemon meringue. Yummm.
OK, here's the list. I'm attempting to do one each day...but no promises.

Hope you will enjoy this madness :P

  1. OMG, that yellow glitter is really gorgeous!!

  2. Your mani and review are just gorgeous! I LOVE yellow for some reason. :)

  3. Gorgeous! I love the look of a glitter top coat over a gradient!!

  4. This is amazing, I am not a friend of bright yellows, but this one makes me wanna try :)

  5. yep - this is awesome! and that glitter - i neeeeed that glitter!

  6. I love this, these are gorgeous together!

  7. *groan* Oh Lemon Meringue Pie!!! (I mean the actual pie ;)) Now you have me graving it too! Or Lemon Meringue Cheesecake :D Anywho, those nails are beautiful! I wish I could get the gradient to work nicely, maybe I'm trying too hard with 3 colours rather than 2? Any tips? (email me ericamccabe28@gmail.com)

  8. Fantastic combination! This is one of the few yellow manicures I like!

  9. This is sooo pretty. I usually don't care for yellow polish, but all the polishes in this combo look great!
